Website changes, and Silent Shadow status
Yes, I know some things are still essentially the same on the surface but I took about 12 hours over the course of the last week to do some tweaking “under the hood” so-to-speak. Specifically, I made changes to the html and css so that it was structurally accurate. Before, it was pretty obvious that the layout suffered from a baaaaaaaad case of “divititis.” The thing is, I’m still not finished. I’m probably going to make more changes to take advantage of microformats. One of the most obvious changes I made to the site is the Archives page. Instead of just having a long list of the past pages, I’ve broken the list down to the most recent 15 posts, with a “next page” link displaying the 15 posts after that, and so on. I also added a “By Series/Chapter” section. So you can now browse by both series and chapters.
As for that promised update. Probably not for another six or seven weeks. I’ll try and put up a “filler” comic sometime before then but I can’t make any promises. School is keeping me pretty busy since I opted for full-time instead of half- or three-quarter-time, and add in that Poser 8 has just been released and I have to learn its individual quirks, and P8 has a few compared to Poser Pro, as I’m beginning to find out.
